DESCRIPTION OF THE NEW ELECTRONIC DOBBY "T.R.E.R4" FOR TEXILE MACHINE
The NEW Trinca electronic dobby can be CONFIGURED to suit the customer's requirements. The configuration is electronically set.
- OPEN SHED DOBBY (standard)
- OPEN SHED DOBBY WITH STOP A 90° (for metallic textile with high resistance)
- CLOSE SHED (for Polyester Textile)
- ARCHITECTURE DOBBY (for Architecture Textile)
- CONTINUOS DOBBY ( New system for high speed loom)
Description of Possibilities:
- Possibility to control 56 frames and over.
- Possibility to change the Configuration of the DOBBY MOVEMENT from "STEP" (Forward-Reverse) to "CONTINUOS MOVEMENT". Configuration of "CONTINUOS DOBBY "(New system high speed loom)
- Possibility to change "Time Movement" – "Time Stop at 90°" – "Phase Start Motion" for EACH FRAME or ALL FRAMES TOGETHER.
- It's possible, inside of a GENERAL DOBBY DRAWING to have a "DIFFERENT LOOP" (Part of Drawing dobby) and repeat this many times.
- When one LOOP is finished the program will jump to the other LOOP without stopping the loom.
- The final result is like having a DIFFERENT DOBBY PROGRAM within the "MAIN DOBBY PROGRAM"
- Inside a LOOP, it's possible to change: Loom Speed – Mesh – Crimp Factor – Warp Tension.
ARCHITECTURE DOBBY
- Possibility to change from Configuration "OPEN SHED" to "CLOSE SHED" and vice versa.
- Possibility to change drawing and Configuration "WITHOUT" moving the loom.
- System Pick Finder enclosed.
- Possibility to move the frames to 90° without moving the loom.
- Possibility to programmed different "TIME STOP AT 90°" with all configuration
- Possibility to" INCREASE" / "DECREASE" the opening of a SINGLE FRAME; with this system the alignment of the frames is perfect and very precise.
- Possibility to "START BEFORE" (Phase) with the Dobby when Increasing loom speed.
- Possibility to "INCREASE" or "DECREASE" the opening of the frames in EACH step of the DOBBY
In this case the warp tension is always the same and insertion of the rapier is easier. - Possibility to have " HIGHT TENSION" on Warp; Over 10000N/m
- Reduce the dimension of a construction and NO maintenance
- It's very easy to make a Retrofit (exchange) from Mechanical Dobby to Electronic Dobby on an old loom.
- It's possible to change a START STEP DOBBY with loom in stop mode.
- It's possible to change the EXCHANGE FRAME (Standard 90°) in the HIGH position (100°) or in a LOWER position (80°).
- It's possible to move EACH FRAME separately in a position "0" – "90" –"180°" WITHOUT moving the loom.
0° = Frame in LOWER position
90° = Frame in MIDDLE position
180° = Frame in HIGH position
