Trinca machine T.2N.6E-PS7000 adopts a Siemens Sinamics S120 and a Simotion working system designed by TRINCA.
The company TRINCA is one of the leading manufacturers of looms and of several special equipments for the production of technical fabrics. In the latest years TRINCA has successfully developed completely electronically driven looms such as the T2N6E-PS7000.
This series of looms has been conceived to produce very heavy technical fabrics - wire diameter from 0,10 mm up to 1,5 mm (bigger diameters are even possible on request), maximum beat-up tension at your required and weaving width from at your required
The insertion of the weft yarn by one or two free or bound bandrapiers with a rapier exchange controlled by servomotors (patented) and the sley movement made by complementary oilbath cams, with sley dwell, during the beat-up, assure a high level of precision and speed never achieved in the past through traditional systems.
TRINCA R.E.R. electronically controlled dobby (patented), with heddle frames you required driven by servomotors and electronically controlled by a PC, ensures a separate programming for each single heddle frame and guaran
tees a total freedom of adjusting warp yarn openings, thus meeting weaving mills requirements.

The new TRINCA loom series type T.2N.E/PS is designed, developed and manufactured to satisfy the production requirements
of weaving heaviest technical fabrics with 12 meter loom widht and more. The manufacturing program of the loom series T.2N.E/PS includes all advanced and latest technologies presently available to produce extremely heavy fabrics at high speed and with a power performance which can be reached only with difficulty by other weaving machines on the market at the present time.
Following parts and equipment makes the weaving machine series type T.2N.E/PS to be a universal, multipurpose loom, suitable to weave metal wire fabrics, as well as techincal industrial fabrics, multilayer fabrics for transport belts, fabrics for architectonic application, filters, felts, forming and dryer fabrics for the papermaking process.
