Teleassistance

Last year we made a Tele assistance for a loom with a PC that has Windows CE (NETSPVISION) that permited:

  • Assistance by Internet of all the Looms connected to NetSPVision
  • Control Production of Single looms by Intranet and Internet.

This year we have inserted within a Notebook all the Tools for Programming all DRIVES inserted within the electrical panel of a loom or single machine (Example Crimping Machine – Swift etc). Previous to this new development when a Customer had a problem or had to change a drive it was very difficult to download the parameters or understand what was happening on a drive.

Using the Notebook system it is only necessary to have an Internet Connection with LAN (not in wireless due to disturbance problems) and a cable connection from the PC to the DRIVE which we supply with the notebook computer. Provided with the computer is a manual which explains to the Operator the simple operations needed to allow assistance on a Drive:

  • To understand with the PC on a loom which is the Drive in Alarm.(exit message alarm on a Video)
  • Close the main switch and open the electric panel and restart again the main switch.
  • Place the Notebook on a Table near the Drive; Start a Computer and connected with an Ethernet port (Lan) to internet.
  • Insert a USB cable in a mark port on the computer and connect the RS485 to a Drive (Example to HID16)

P.S. EACH TYPE OF DRIVE HAS A DIFFERENT CABLE CONNECTION WHICH IS PROVIDED WITH THE COMPUTER.

  • Call by phone to the TRINCA FACTORY and ask for assistance for the type of drive in fault.
  • The TRINCA technician will connect by Internet to this computer and provide assistance.

P.S. WHEN THE COMPUTER STARTS IT ASKS'S FOR A PASSWORD WHICH ONLY A TRINCA TECHNICIAN BY INTERNET CAN INSERT TO START THE COMPUTER. IN THIS MODE THE COMPUTER CAN ONLY MAKE A CONNECTION TO THE DRIVES WHEN A CUSTUMER NEEDS ASSISTANCE. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE PC

  • Nr. 1 Notebook with Windows 7.
  • All the cables needed to make assistance on all type of drives inserted within a Electric Panel (Example Siemens –Parker_SBC –Parker_SSD etc.)
  • All the Software Tools and parameters of a drive to allow assistance.

It is possible to use SKYPE for connection with TRINCA FACTORY.

NetSPVision

The NetSPVision System can be connected to a maximum of 8 looms at the same time that have Windows Ce. The NetSPVision, connected to INTRANET and INTERNET permits you to see all variables of the loom (Serial number ,alarms, speed, all configuration etc.).
All dates from looms are in REAL TIME and can be visualized inside the factory (Intranet) or outside the factory (internet) for assistance by Trinca after customers authorization.

The NetSPVision system can store, at the SAME TIME in automatic mode, the follow:

  • Date of actual Production. (Meters-Strokes-%run-etc.)
  • Date of each shift Production
  • How many stops for each alarm
  • These files are in excel format and can be used by the customer

The NetSPVision system can store, for each loom, a DAY file with extension LOG were it is possible to see: cause, date and time for each loom stoppage (Example : stop from a push button or stop for weft breakage etc.), if The OPERATOR has modified a parameter, or has made an operation (Check oil lubrication-- check Brushless motor etc.)

With these files converted to Excel, it is possible to verify all operations of the loom and give assistance if something happens. The NetSPVision system permits a TELEASSISTANCE from Trinca technician because all looms are connected to the Internet. The NetSPVision system permits an UPDATE of a new program directly by INTERNET after customers authorization.
